摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线对屈光性弱视患儿视力与视网膜形态的影响。方法:将60例单眼屈光性弱视患儿随机分为观察组(30例

脱落2例)和对照组(30例

脱落1例)。对照组予遮盖健眼及家庭精细作业的综合疗法;观察组在对照组基础上予穴位埋线治疗

穴取肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、足三里、光明

每2周1次

均治疗2个月。分别于治疗前后观察两组患儿矫正视力及视网膜黄斑厚度、神经纤维层(RNFL)平均厚度改变

并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后

两组患儿矫正视力均较治疗前提高(P<0.05)

且观察组矫正视力改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);视网膜黄斑厚度、RNLF平均厚度均较治疗前变薄(P<0.05)

且观察组视网膜黄斑厚度、RNLF平均厚度均薄于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.9%(26/28)

高于对照组的79.3%(23/29

P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线能有效提高屈光性弱视患儿的矫正视力

并对视网膜形态损害具有一定的改善作用。
