摘要

大量临床报道穴位注射疗法确有疗效

但仍有一些基本问题未得到有效解决

如穴位注射药物种类、剂量、浓度及配伍等。本文从穴位注射对局部组织的影响、机制研究、最佳治疗方案和优势体现、与局部注射治疗的异同5个方面对穴位注射疗法存在的问题进行分析和探讨。
