摘要

目的:比较精灸、传统艾箱灸和中成药治疗气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效。方法:将150例气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者随机分为精灸组(50例)、艾箱组(50例)和中药组(50例

脱落2例)。精灸组于气海、关元、子宫、水道穴采用精灸治疗

每穴灸2壮;艾箱组于神阙及小腹部行艾箱灸治疗;中药组口服盆炎清胶囊。各组均于月经干净后开始治疗

艾灸每隔3d治疗1次

每周2次;药物治疗每天3次

共治疗2个月经周期。于治疗前后观察各组中医症状、体征评分及综合评分;于治疗前后、治疗后随访12周观察各组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗后各组症状、体征评分及综合评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且精灸组低于艾箱组和中药组(P<0.05)。各组治疗后及随访时SF-36评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);随访时

艾箱组和中药组SF-36评分低于治疗后(P<0.05)

精灸组SF-36评分高于治疗后(P<0.05);精灸组治疗后及随访时SF-36评分均高于艾箱组和中药组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:与传统艾箱灸和中成药治疗相比

精灸治疗能更好地改善气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的症状体征和生活质量

疗效较持久。
