摘要

患者

女

48岁。初诊日期:2019年6月28日。主诉:头晕伴四肢麻木1月余。现病史:1个月前剧烈运动后接触空调冷气出现突然昏仆

意识丧失

无抽搐

无恶心呕吐

约1 min后意识恢复

出现头晕伴有不平衡感

心悸、胸闷

四肢麻木

约半小时症状自行消失。次日

接触空调冷气后再次出现头晕、不平衡感及心悸

至当地医院就诊

生化、心电图等检查未见明显异常

故未予重视及治疗。
