摘要

笔者应用揿针联合药袋敷脐治疗脾肾两虚型小儿遗尿27例

现报道如下。1临床资料27例患儿均来自2018年9月至2019年10月山东中医药大学附属医院针灸科及儿科门诊

男18例

女9例;年龄最小4岁

最大14岁

平均(7±2)岁。诊断标准及中医分型参考《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·小儿遗尿症(修订)》[1]。2治疗方法 (1)揿针。取穴:脾俞、肾俞、遗尿点(双侧足小趾底部第一横纹中点)。操作:采用0.20mm×1.3mm揿针

患儿先取直立位
