摘要

目的:探讨薄氏腹针"引气归元"加"腹四关"治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及相关作用机制。方法:将104例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为观察组(52例

脱落1例)和对照组(52例

脱落3例)。对照组口服甲氨蝶呤片治疗

每次5 mg

每周1次;观察组在对照组的基础上配合薄氏腹针疗法

穴取中脘、下脘、关元、气海、滑肉门、外陵等

隔日1次

每周3次

两组均治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状评分(包括关节疼痛、关节活动、关节肿胀、晨僵情况)

以及血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平

并评定两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为88.2%(45/51)

高于对照组的73.5%(36/49

P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医症状各项评分及总分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ESR、RF、CRP水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:薄氏腹针"引气归元"加"腹四关"辅助治疗类风湿关节炎能有效改善患者临床症状

其机制与降低ESR、RF及CRP水平有关。
