摘要

患者

男

63岁。就诊日期:2019年2月11日。主诉:言语欠清伴吞咽困难2周。现病史:2周前受凉后出现言语吐字欠清晰

咀嚼费力

吞咽困难

偶有饮水呛咳

无头晕及视物旋转

无头痛及视物成双

无肢体活动障碍及感觉异常

于当地医院急诊查颅脑CT示未见明显异常

颅脑MRI示:双侧大脑半球少量缺血灶。以"脑梗死急性期"收入神经内科住院治疗。给予抗血小板聚集、调脂稳斑、改善脑循环等药物治疗后症状无明显好转。为求进一步系统诊疗至首都医科大学附属北京中医医院针灸中心就诊。
