摘要

患者

女

48岁。初诊日期:2020年4月27日。主诉:反酸、烧心2月余。现病史:2个月前无明显诱因出现反酸、烧心

食后加重

伴有胸闷

无腹痛

大便溏薄

小便调。于浙江某医院诊断为"反流性食管炎"

经抑酸、保护胃黏膜等治疗后(具体药物不详)

病情无明显缓解。为求针灸治疗来浙江中医药大学附属第三医院针灸科就诊。刻下症:反酸、食后胃脘满闷、嘈杂

纳差

寐欠安

大便溏薄、日行1次

小便调;舌淡边红、苔白腻略黄

脉沉弦略数。查体:腹平软

上腹中脘穴处有压痛、无反跳痛。西医诊断:反流性食管炎;中医诊断:吐酸病(胃虚胆热证)。
