分析提插补泻和捻转补泻的协同使用情况及分离原因。提插补泻和捻转补泻是针刺补泻的重要内容

传统针灸学中

二者存在协同使用的情况

主要与以血气理论为指导的治疗思想和人体结构对手法操作的影响有关。民国以后

逐渐出现提插补泻和捻转补泻的分离

与"科学针法"被后世广泛应用及神经科学融入针灸治疗体系有关。
