摘要

笔者采用温通针法结合输刺法针刺治疗梅尼埃病患者30例

现报道如下。1临床资料选择2018年6月至2020年7月甘肃中医药大学附属医院针灸科门诊及耳鼻喉科住院部梅尼埃病患者30例

其中男14例

女16例;年龄31～56岁

平均(42±8)岁;病程3～5年

平均(3.4±0.7)年。均符合"梅尼埃病诊断标准"[1]

排除合并其他疾病(如高血压等)引起的眩晕、耳聋耳鸣者;严重肝肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病者;妊娠期及哺乳期妇女、精神疾病者;造血系统疾病及出血倾向者;对针具过敏、惧怕针刺者。
