摘要

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘(FC)的取穴用药规律。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(Sino Med)、Pub Med建库以来至2020年2月26日穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘的临床研究文献

提取处方并使用SPSS24.0、SPSSModeler14.0软件

统计高频腧穴、中药

并进行腧穴、中药关联规则分析、聚类分析、核心处方分析。结果:共纳入穴位贴敷处方122首

涉及腧穴32个

核心处方为天枢、大肠俞、神阙、关元

常用经脉为任脉、足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经。贴敷药物核心处方为大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、木香、冰片。结论:以局部取穴为主、选用行气泻下药物是穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘选穴用药的重要原则。
