摘要

患者

女

65岁

于2020年8月1日初诊。主诉:发热2周。病史:2019年5月确诊为卵巢高级别浆液性癌

行根治术后复发并进展至晚期

经多次化疗后并发中度贫血、不完全性肠梗阻

营养不良

长期卧床

生活不能自理。2020年7月16日于广州中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤科行化疗

次日凌晨出现发热

最高体温39.4℃。
