摘要

笔者选取董氏奇穴之肾关穴

以补肾养窍法治疗青年人因肾精亏虚引起的神经性耳鸣32例

现报道如下。1临床资料32例均为2019年1月至2020年1月就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉门诊和针灸科门诊患者。其中男16例

女16例;年龄21～39岁

平均(27±4)岁;病程最短7 d

最长30 d

平均(11.0±5.9)d。均符合《实用耳鼻咽喉科学》[1]中神经性耳鸣诊断标准。排除耳垢、感染、肿瘤等外耳道及中耳疾病

中重度精神类疾病患者。中医辨证为肾精亏虚证[2]:耳鸣日久

夜间尤甚;兼失眠
