摘要

患儿

男

10岁

于2020年5月12日就诊。主诉:身体不自主抽动反复发作3年。现病史:2017年4月因学业压力过大出现不自主点头、眨眼等症状

伴易激惹。外院完善脑电图、经颅多普勒超声等检查

未见明显异常

诊断为"抽动障碍"

以运动疗法为主

未予药物治疗。2017年至2020年间症状加重

表现为发作频率增加、动作幅度逐渐增大

由点头、眨眼逐渐加重至身体抽动、挥动双手

伴有吸鼻等发声性抽动。刻下症:身体抽动

挥动双手

可自行控制
