患者

男

18岁

55 kg。初诊日期:2020年6月10日。主诉:发现转氨酶升高9年、脊柱侧弯4年。现病史:2011年8月体检示:丙氨酸氨基转移酶202 U/L

天冬氨酸氨基转移酶156 U/L

无不适症状

以"肝炎"于多家医院就诊

行护肝等(具体不详)治疗

效果不佳。2014年出现站立、行走身体向右倾斜

未引起重视。2015年行左肱二头肌组织学、酶组织化学及电镜检查
