摘要

提高受试者依从性有助于提高针灸临床试验研究质量。从计划行为与忠诚性影响因素方面

对200例参与针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床试验受试者依从性进行了问卷调查。结果表明

受试者的主观规范因素以及知觉行为控制影响其试验依从性;医疗服务补偿成为影响受试者忠诚性的主要因素

继而影响受试者试验依从性。建议根据不同临床研究的特点进行受试者依从性规划

积极围绕受试者特征预先设计可能的医疗服务补偿方案。
