摘要

探讨工具病毒及其介导的功能元件在针刺脑效应研究中应用的可行性及前景。本文从工具病毒入手

介绍了用于解析特定神经环路结构的工具病毒及其介导的探针、光/化学遗传学技术、Cre-LoxP系统等。工具病毒及其介导的功能元件

既可特异性标记神经细胞或神经环路

又可干预特定类型神经元或核团的功能

能解决传统神经示踪方法仅可描绘一个脑区神经元的形态及脑区之间简单的投射

且有信号间接、非特异性吸收等问题

将其引入针灸实验是解码针刺脑效应机制的重要手段

为深入解析针刺脑效应的神经生物学机制提供了一种在体、实时、直观的新方法。
