摘要

目的:运用网状Meta分析评价针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、EMbase、Cochrane Library、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普数据库(VIP)中针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的随机对照试验(RCT)

检索时间为建库至2020年8月17日

运用Rev Man5.3和Ge MTC0.14.3软件进行传统Meta分析和网状Meta分析。结果:最终纳入50篇文献

共4260例患者

涉及针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷、穴位埋线、耳穴疗法5种针灸疗法。(1)总有效率:针刺、艾灸、穴位埋线均优于西药、耳穴疗法(P<0.05)

艾灸优于穴位贴敷(P<0.05)

穴位埋线优于穴位贴敷(P<0.05)

且穴位埋线成为最优治疗措施的概率最大(P<0.05);(2)随访总有效率:针刺、艾灸、穴位埋线、耳穴疗法均优于西药(P<0.05)

针刺、艾灸优于穴位贴敷(P<0.05)

且艾灸成为最优治疗措施的概率最大(P<0.05);(3)鼻症状总积分:艾灸、穴位埋线优于针刺(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗变应性鼻炎总体疗效优于西药

且穴位埋线具有最佳疗效。
