摘要

患者

男

73岁

于2020年6月18日就诊。主诉:右侧外耳及耳周疼痛18 d

伴右侧口眼歪斜15 d。现病史:18 d前无明显诱因出现右侧耳部疼痛

耳周区域不可触摸

疼痛程度及范围呈进行性加重

伴口苦口干。15 d前突然出现右侧面肌无力瘫痪

采用止痛药治疗(具体不详)

未见明显疗效。刻下症:右侧外耳部及耳周疼痛难耐

风吹即痛

不可触摸
