摘要

总结针刺参与围手术期应激反应的应用价值。围手术期针刺不仅可在术中阶段有效镇痛并减轻术中应激反应

在术前也可缓解以术前焦虑为代表的心理应激反应

在术后则对手术造成的适应性免疫应答具有调节作用。针刺作为一种安全的非药物疗法展现出参与加速康复外科(ERAS)多学科干预的核心优势。未来的研究需多维度地探索与评价围手术期针刺的作用

在建立围手术期针刺循证依据的同时

逐步揭示围手术期针刺的作用机制。
