准确的定位取穴是发挥针灸疗效的重要前提。足三里在中华人民共和国国家标准《经穴部位》(GB 12346-1990)[1]中的定位是:"在小腿前外侧

距胫骨前缘一横指(中指)";在中华人民共和国国家标准《腧穴名称与定位》(GB/T 12346-2006)[2]中的定位是:"在小腿前外侧

犊鼻下3寸

犊鼻与解溪连线上(注:在胫骨前肌上取穴)"。笔者对比先后两个国标中足三里的定位取穴方法
