摘要

目的:比较下肢康复机器人康复训练同步针刺运动疗法与单纯针刺运动疗法对髋部骨折术后患者下肢功能及生活活动能力的影响。方法:将50例老年髋部骨折术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组

各25例。两组均选取患侧髋三针

健侧顶旁1线及顶颞前斜线给予常规针刺30 min后

保留头针

观察组予针刺运动疗法同步下肢康复机器人康复训练

对照组予针刺运动疗法。两组均每天治疗1次

7次为一疗程

共治疗4个疗程。比较两组治疗前后Harris评分、Barthel指数评分和股四头肌等速肌力指标[峰力矩(PT)、平均功率(AP)、屈肌峰力矩/伸肌峰力矩(F/E)]的变化。结果:治疗后

两组Harris评分、Barthel指数评分、PT、AP较治疗前升高(P<0.05)

F/E较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Harris评分、Barthel指数评分、PT、AP高于对照组(P<0.05)

F/E低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:下肢康复机器人康复训练同步针刺运动疗法能提高老年髋部骨折术后患者髋关节活动、股四头肌肌群功能

有效改善下肢功能障碍及日常生活能力。
