摘要

郑谅教授认为内因和外因相互作用导致肌表皮肤气血不通或失养则发为湿疹

并将其归纳为湿热浸淫、脾虚湿困、血虚风燥3型

分别对应西医急性期、亚急性期及慢性期。治疗上以壮医"调气、解毒、祛瘀、补虚"八字治则为纲

局部皮损采用围针刺、药线点灸、莲花针拔罐逐瘀法;整体调治采用脐环穴结合传统腧穴针刺

以达调气补虚、平衡脏腑之效。
