摘要

目的:在综合康复训练基础上

观察"醒脑开窍"针法对脑外伤植物状态患者的临床促醒疗效。方法:将100例脑外伤植物状态患者随机分为观察组(50例

脱落2例)和对照组(50例)。两组均给予常规临床治疗。对照组予康复和高压氧治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予"醒脑开窍"针法

穴取内关、水沟、三阴交、尺泽、委中、合谷、太冲。均每天1次

每周治疗5 d、休息2 d

连续治疗30 d。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗10、20、30 d格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)、改良国际昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)评分

治疗结束后比较两组清醒率。结果:治疗10、20、30 d

两组患者GCS评分、CRS-R评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.01)

且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗结束后

观察组清醒率为16.7%(8/48)

高于对照组的12.0%(6/50

P<0.01)。结论:在综合全面的康复促醒治疗基础上联合"醒脑开窍"针法可促进脑外伤植物状态患者意识水平恢复。
