摘要

本研究基于超声技术观察针刺对动脉粥样硬化患者颈动脉血管弹性的影响

现报道如下。1临床资料10例病例来源于2019年1月至2020年1月于广州中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科门诊就诊的颈动脉硬化患者。其中男3例

女7例;年龄45～70岁

平均63岁;病程1个月～15年

平均5.9年。根据《血管衰老临床评估与干预中国专家共识(2018)》[1]

颈动脉彩超检查示单侧或双侧颈动脉内中膜增厚[1.0 mm≤颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)<1.5 mm]
