摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗儿童慢性持续期支气管哮喘(肺脾气虚型和脾肾阳虚型)的疗效及对肺功能和血清Ig A、Ig E水平的影响。方法:将120例慢性持续期支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组(60例

脱落9例)和对照组(60例

脱落7例)

对照组予丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂(每次吸入125μg)治疗

每日2次;观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位埋线

穴取定喘、肺俞、足三里和膻中

每半个月埋线1次

两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患儿治疗前后肺功能指标

血清免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig E水平和中医症状积分

并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后

两组患儿大气道功能指标[呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]及小气道功能指标[用力呼气25%流速(MEF25%)、用力呼气50%流速(MEF50%)、用力呼气75%流速(MEF75%)、中段呼气流速(MEF25%～75%)]均较治疗前升高(P<0.05)

且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后

两组患儿血清Ig A水平较治疗前升高、血清Ig E水平和中医症状积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组血清Ig A水平高于对照组、血清Ig E水平和中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.1%(48/51)

高于对照组的88.7%(47/53

P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂可改善慢性持续期支气管哮喘(肺脾气虚型和脾肾阳虚型)患儿的肺功能、中医症状和血清Ig A、Ig E水平

疗效优于单纯丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂。
