摘要

目的:观察排针平刺法联合苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片与单纯排针平刺法、苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片治疗无先兆偏头痛急性期的疗效。方法:将99例无先兆偏头痛急性期患者随机分为针药组、针刺组和西药组

每组33例。针刺组予排针平刺法治疗

穴取颔厌-悬厘、神庭-印堂、百会-前顶等

留针2 h

针刺1次;西药组予口服10 mg苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片1次;针药组采用排针平刺法(同针刺组)联合口服苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片(同西药组)治疗。于治疗前

治疗后0.5、2、24h观察各组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分

比较各组治疗后2、24h头痛缓解率、消失率。结果:各组治疗后不同时点VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且针药组降低幅度大于针刺组、西药组(P<0.05)。针药组治疗后2、24 h头痛消失率及治疗后24 h头痛缓解率高于针刺组、西药组(P<0.05)。结论:排针平刺法联合苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片治疗无先兆偏头痛急性期在快速镇痛、持续镇痛方面疗效显著

优于单纯排针平刺法和口服苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片。
