摘要

以《黄帝内经》等中医经典古籍所提出的“得气”思想为出发点，从施治前的寻气、辨气与推拿“得气”的前提条件——辨证精、手法明阐述推拿治疗中得气的重要性；继而结合临床实践经验，分析总结推拿治疗过程中患者具体“得气”表现，如酸、胀、痛、麻、温热感，微汗出，局部声、色的改变与气机调畅的表现等，以期推拿“得气”思想在今后临床工作中得到重视并对其进行深入研究。
