摘要

患者，女，50岁。初诊日期：2020年2月24日。主诉：面部及右肘内侧烫伤6 h。现病史：6 h前强行打开电压力锅时被热汤烫伤面部及右肘内侧，局部红肿疼痛，肤温升高，右肘内侧见水泡。冷敷5 h未缓解，至当地医院急诊外科消毒换药，仍疼痛难忍。刻下症：神志清，精神欠佳，面部及右肘内侧红肿，肤温升高，右肘部有水泡，创面破损、渗液，疼痛剧烈，九分法估算烫伤面积共约4%，舌红、苔薄黄，
