摘要

笔者采用对穴针刺法治疗面肌痉挛40例

现报道如下。1临床资料40例面肌痉挛患者均来自2019年9月至2020年8月云南省中医医院针灸科门诊

均为单侧发病。其中男12例

女28例;年龄31～55岁

平均(42±6)岁;病程1个月～2年

平均(8.3±4.9)个月。符合《神经病学》[1]中原发性面肌痉挛的诊断标准

排除局灶性运动性癫痫、习惯性面肌痉挛、Meige综合征、
