患者

男

88岁

于2020年10月19日就诊。主诉:左下肢带状疱疹12 d。现病史:2020年10月8日出现左下肢皮肤灼痛

10月15日出现皮肤疱疹

次日于北京某医院皮肤科诊断为"带状疱疹、神经痛"

予口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片抗病毒

维生素B1、甲钴胺片营养神经

普瑞巴林胶囊止痛;
