摘要

目的:探讨头针结合悬吊训练对脑卒中平衡功能障碍患者平衡能力和运动功能的影响。方法:将105例脑卒中平衡功能障碍患者随机分为头针悬吊训练组(35例

脱落2例)、头针组(35例

脱落3例)、悬吊训练组(35例

脱落2例)。头针组采用单纯的头针治疗

穴取双侧枕下旁线、顶中线、偏瘫对侧的顶颞前斜线上1/5及顶旁1线;悬吊训练组采用单纯的悬吊训练;头针悬吊训练组在头针治疗同时采用悬吊训练

每日治疗1次

每次30 min

每周治疗5 d

共治疗6周。分别于治疗前

治疗3、6周时采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、平衡测试仪、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分进行评价

并评定各组的临床疗效。结果:治疗3、6周时

各组BBS评分、FMA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);头针悬吊训练组BBS评分、FMA评分均高于头针组和悬吊训练组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6周时

各组平衡测试仪质心轨迹长度、质心轨迹面积均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);头针悬吊训练组平衡测试仪质心轨迹长度、质心轨迹面积均低于头针组和悬吊训练组(P<0.05)。头针悬吊训练组的总有效率为97.0%(32/33)

高于头针组的87.5%(28/32)和悬吊训练组的90.9%(30/33

P<0.05)。结论:头针结合悬吊训练可改善脑卒中平衡功能障碍患者的平衡能力和运动功能

疗效优于单纯头针和单纯悬吊训练。
