摘要

患者，女，30岁，于2020年3月27日初诊。主诉：胸腔积液2个月，反复咳嗽、寒战、腹泻1月余。现病史：2个月前因天寒受凉于夜间出现发热症状，体温38.6℃，服复方氨酚烷胺片后热退。次日晨起体温正常，夜间再次发生低热，体温37.6℃，余未见不适。2 d后出现咳嗽，并逐渐加重，全身无力。期间自服阿莫西林胶囊、抗病毒口服液、川贝枇杷膏等，未再服用退热药物，体温白天正常，夜间升高至约37.8℃。1月30日因咳嗽、胸痛、夜间发热（就诊时体温正常），睡时呼吸困难，于当地医院查胸部CT平扫示：双侧胸腔见积液征，余无异常；
