摘要

采用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗阳痿的取穴规律。计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)及PubMed数据库针灸治疗阳痿的临床研究文献。通过Excel 2019建立数据库

并导入R 4.0.3软件

进行治疗方法、腧穴频次与归经、集合可视化分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析。共纳入有效文献240篇

涉及516个针灸处方、145个腧穴;针灸治疗阳痿的方法主要包括针灸(针刺+灸法)、针刺、穴位注射(水针)、电针等;高频应用腧穴分别是关元、肾俞、三阴交、命门、足三里、中极、次髎、气海、太溪、太冲;应用频次较高的经脉分别为足太阳膀胱经、任脉、足太阴脾经等;常用的腧穴组合为上髎、中髎、次髎、下髎和三阴交、肾俞、关元;关联规则分析(置信度≥90%

支持度≥20%)共得到27个关联规则

支持度最高的组穴为"肾俞

三阴交→关元"(支持度为46.7%)

置信度最高的组穴为"三阴交

气海→关元"(置信度为98.0%);腧穴可分为5个有效聚类群。针灸治疗阳痿选穴遵循一定规律

可为现代临床研究及治疗提供依据。
