摘要

目的:探讨督脉透灸治疗虚寒型持续性变应性鼻炎的有效性及作用机制。方法:将90例虚寒型持续性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组予糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗

每次每侧2喷

每日1次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用督脉透灸治疗

每周1次

每次治疗2 h

两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、鼻结膜炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分

检测两组治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、全血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数

并比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后

两组中医症状积分、VAS评分、RQLQ评分及血清IgE、全血EOS计数均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.6%(43/45)

高于对照组的82.2%(37/45

P<0.05)。结论:在糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗基础上加用督脉透灸可以明显改善虚寒型持续性变应性鼻炎的临床症状

其机制可能与调节免疫紊乱状态有关。
