摘要

从学术史角度出发

对"丰隆治痰"认识产生的背景与演变情况进行系统梳理。发现早期丰隆主治呼吸道排出的"有形之痰"

但在后世流传过程中

由于多种因素的综合作用

丰隆主治之痰多次出现泛化倾向。现代针灸临床中

丰隆广泛应用于多种从痰认识的疾病治疗。以"丰隆治痰"为代表的知识性内容在历代学术传承中存在演化变迁的特点

现代针灸研究者有必要结合大中医背景系统梳理、考证和辨析习以为常的知识表述

以便更好地促进传统针灸理论知识的当代传承与运用。
