摘要

笔者在三伏天运用温肾暖宫灸治疗阳虚质原发性痛经患者56例，现报道如下。1临床资料56例均为2020年6月至2020年7月于湖北省中医院针灸科门诊及住院部预约行温肾暖宫灸治疗患者，年龄16～30岁，平均（23±4）岁；病程0.2～8.5年，平均（4.5±1.3）年，均符合《妇产科学》[1]和《中药治疗痛经的临床研究指导原则》[2]中原发性痛经的诊断标准。参照《中医体质分类与判定》[3]纳入阳虚质转化评分≥40分且状态维持≥3个月的患者；排除过敏体质、皮肤高度敏感者，妊娠或哺乳期及正在服用其他可能影响本研究结果药物的患者。
