摘要

介绍壮医"天地人三气同步"理论的内涵及其对人体生理状态、病理变化、针灸治疗机制的认识。壮医针灸的主要穴位、针灸手法、临床配穴均以该理论为指导

穴位主要由环穴、络央穴和经验穴组成

并根据其在人体的不同位置分为天部、地部和人部;手法按天、地、人三部分为轻手法、中手法和重手法;并以头痛、痛经和蛇串疮的穴位处方为例

阐述该理论在壮医针灸临床取穴配穴中的应用。
