摘要

患者

男

65岁

因"左侧上肢间断性酸胀疼痛不适2年

加重2个月"于2020年12月7日就诊。现病史:2018年12月行喉癌切除术后

自觉左侧上肢偶感发胀

近2个月疼痛加剧

不能平卧

行胸锁关节轴位CT检查示未见明显异常

于武汉市某医院行针灸治疗无明显好转

遂来就诊。刻下症:神情疲惫

痛苦面容

口干欲饮

左手屈曲至右胸前

肱骨外展

内收活动受限伴疼痛

自觉上肢偶感发凉

传至心下

时而锁骨上窝与胸骨上窝闷痛;左侧手太阴肺经与手少阴心经循行部有结节、条索

中府、天府、侠白、孔最、经渠、太渊、阴郄、神门穴有触痛且压痛明显;
