摘要

介绍吴旭教授序贯疗法治疗周围性面瘫的经验。该序贯疗法依据分期治疗，但又不拘泥于疾病分期，根据患者病程中症状的变化灵活变换针灸治疗方案。急性期以完骨穴温针灸为主，面部穴位不建议使用电针；恢复期以足三里温针灸为主，面部酌情使用电针，久刺不愈者配合梅花针或皮肤针叩刺局部；后遗症期根据僵硬型、挛动型、弛缓型不同类型可分别采用点刺放血和艾灸、缪刺法强刺激、“通督温阳”法，以缩短病程。
