摘要

患者，女，34岁，因“顺产后自觉有气自阴门排出1月余，加重5 d”于2020年10月15日就诊。现病史：2个月前顺产二胎，产后休养期间，因琐事争执后自觉阴门排气，如同矢气，劳则发作，休息减轻，羞于启齿，隐忍未诊。5 d前，因琐事又起争执，阴门排气加重，甚至转侧簌簌有声，旁人可闻。
