摘要

总结邱仙灵教授针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临证经验。邱仙灵教授认为慢性前列腺炎病因繁杂多样

病机以肾虚夹实为主

识证遵循传统辨证辨经法则

论治以补泻兼施配合调神宁志。关元、会阴、次髎、秩边为治疗必选主穴

临证时根据所取腧穴或具体病情采用芒针深刺法、升提针灸法、三进一退法、透刺法、针刺结合按压法等特色针法

达到全面改善局部及整体状态的目的。
