摘要

介绍马惠芳教授针刺睛明穴为主治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性临床经验。认为本病多以肝肾不足、脾气虚弱为基本病机，基于阳气和经络体系学术观点提出“振阳气，补肝肾，养脾胃”的治疗原则；治疗取穴上重用睛明，配伍腹募四穴（中脘、关元、双侧天枢）与眼病经验组穴（睛明-百会-足临泣），手法上以输刺、分刺、远道刺为主，形成一套独具特色的治疗方法。
