摘要

患者，男，77岁。初诊日期：2020年8月16日。主诉：双侧下肢皮肤增厚、密布丘疹伴剧烈瘙痒20年。现病史：20年前无明显诱因双侧下肢前外侧皮肤渐次出现红褐色丘疹，质硬、量多，自感瘙痒，未行系统治疗。7年前皮肤瘙痒加剧，且因反复搔抓，局部皮肤粗糙变硬、增厚，遂于2013年7月赴北京某三甲医院皮肤科就诊，诊断为“双下肢皮肤淀粉样变”，
