患者

男

75岁。就诊日期:2020年6月20日。主诉:发作性意识障碍并摔倒1年余

伴二便障碍8月余。现病史:2019年3月无明显诱因出现一过性意识丧失并摔倒

摔倒后迅速恢复意识

全程无其他症状

未就医。2019年6月再次发作一过性意识丧失并摔倒

症状同前

仍未就医。
