摘要

基于中医内、外、妇、儿各科与针灸辨病辨证之不同，认为“辨病位”是针灸辨病辨证的关键。根据病位不同，将《针灸学》治疗篇中的病证分为脏腑病、肢体经络病、皮肤病、五官病、妇科病、气血津液病，并分别阐述每类病证的辨病辨证规律及治疗特点，以“辨病位”为核心，构建针灸临床诊疗体系。
