摘要

为安慰针刺研究设计合理的辅助装置，使双盲安慰对照成为可能。此新型辅助针刺装置包括外观完全一致的真针刺装置与安慰针刺装置，两者均由半球形底座与伸缩管构成，通过伸缩管在底座槽口内的转动，实现在15°～165°范围内调整进针角度，通过伸缩管的水平转动和垂直滑动可进行捻转和提插手法的操作；底座内部设置有硅胶针垫，能够模拟进针时皮肤、肌肉所产生的阻滞感；底座底部附有水凝胶，具有良好的固定性。该辅助装置适用于人体多个部位，可有效降低盲底泄露的风险。
