摘要

患儿，男，12岁。初诊日期：2020年9月29日。主诉：阴痒伴情绪焦虑9月余。现病史：2020年1月初学业压力大，出现阴痒、伴红肿，小便细短，于外院就诊建议行包皮割治术，因疫情原因暂不行手术。2020年2月底出现情绪焦虑，于广东省某医院心理睡眠科诊断为“(1)焦虑症；(2)狂躁症”，予碳酸锂缓释片、德巴金、阿立哌唑口崩片及帕利哌酮缓释片治疗，服药后症状改善不明显。2020年3月阴痒加重，
