摘要

总结武连仲教授开窍顺筋法治疗痉挛性斜颈的经验。痉挛性斜颈的病机总属窍闭神妄，经筋气乱，具体分为5类：湿热、肝阳上亢、肝肾阴虚、督脉不足、督脉盛实。治疗应先标后本，治标为主，辨证治本。治疗以开窍顺筋（开窍调神、顺筋散结）为主，以君[五心穴（水沟、劳宫、涌泉）]、臣（印堂、上星透百会、郄门）、佐（丰隆、廉泉配合舌针点刺）、使（颔厌）为基本主穴，加局部选穴以开结散聚，再辨证选穴以通经散结、通调督脉、滋阴息风。
