摘要

患者，男，77岁。就诊日期：2021年1月23日。主诉：反复口周疱疹1个月，加重3 d。现病史：1个月前劳累后出现口唇红肿，灼热不适，随后口周出现红斑、簇集性疱疹，自觉皮肤烧灼刺痛，夜间加重，曾就诊于某医院，诊断为“单纯疱疹”，予以抗病毒治疗（具体药物不详）后有所缓解，但易反复，症状时轻时重。3 d前无明显诱因上述症状再次出现，
